Here's something I learned from someone the other day that I thought I'd share with everyone. It's called BOUDIN (boo-dahn) - a Louisiana dish that's basically sausage filled with rice with other kinds of meat.
I've always been a big fan of food (especially the part when I get to eat them) so being inrtoduced to new dishes is always a great treat. This is something I definitely want to try for myself. Once spring hits, I need to start looking for restaurants here in Toronto that makes this. That photo is making me hungry.
